Uniwersytet Opolski na początku bieżącego roku został beneficjentem kolejnego projektu w ramach Programu Erasmus+, Akcja Kluczowa 2 Partnerstwa w zakresie współpracy – sektor szkolnictwa wyższego. Liderem projektu pn. ”ReThink Finance – integrating paradigms and digital technologies into financial teaching and literacy” jest Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, Rumunia. Projekt realizowany jest w ramach konsorcjum we współpracy z University of Siena (Włochy), University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Hiszpania), Institut de Haute Formation aux Politiques Communautaires (Belgia) oraz firmą Bold Technologies SRL (Rumunia). Kierowniczką projektu jest dr hab. Marta Maciejasz, prof. UO, Dyrektor Instytutu Ekonomii i Finansów UO, która wraz z drem Robertem Poskartem monitoruje powstawanie kolejnych rezultatów w projekcie.
Działania w ramach projektu realizowane są w dwóch obszarach:
- rozwijanie umiejętności cyfrowych nauczycieli akademickich w zakresie włączenia do programów nauczania nowoczesnych metod nauczania wykorzystujących technologie cyfrowe,
- rozwijanie kompetencji studentów w zakresie innowacyjnych dziedzin finansów (finanse cyfrowe, finanse behawioralne, neurofinanse, symulacje finansowe) oraz integracja obecnego oprogramowania, wykorzystywanego w praktyce w ich działalności, w celu lepszego wejścia na rynek pracy w przyszłości.
W ramach projektu studenci studiów pierwszego stopnia na kierunku Ekonomia, jak również pracownicy prowadzący zajęcia z zakresu ekonomii będą mieli odpowiednio możliwość uczestnictwa w szkołach letnich i intensywnych programach szkoleniowych z zakresu nowoczesnych technologii wykorzystywanych w dziedzinie finansów. Beneficjenci projektu otrzymają wsparcie finansowe na realizację tych działań ze środków Unii Europejskiej. Projekt będzie realizowany przez 3 lata, a planowany termin zakończenia działań to 9. stycznia 2025 r.”
„ReThink Finance” – innovative project within Erasmus+ Programme at the Faculty of Economics of UO
At the beginning of the current year the University of Opole became a beneficiary of another project within the framework of Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 2, Partnerships for Cooperation – higher education sector. The leader of the project entitled ”ReThink Finance – integrating paradigms and digital technologies into financial teaching and literacy” is Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, Romania. The project is realized by the consortium of 6 institutions in cooperation with the University of Siena (Italy), the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain), the Institut de Haute Formation aux Politiques Communautaires (Belgium) and the company Bold Technologies SRL (Romania). Prof. Marta Maciejasz, Director of the Institute of Economics and Finance is the head of the project. Together with Dr. Robert Poskart she monitors the development of subsequent project results.
The project aims at two directions:
- to develop digital skills for teachers to integrate in their curricula modern teaching methods that use digital technologies
- to develop the competences of bachelor economics students in innovative fields of finance (digital finance, behavioural finance, neurofinance, financial stimulations) and to integrate current sotfwares that are used in practice in their activity for a better future insertion on labour market.
Bachelor students of economics and economics teachers will have an opportunity to participate in intensive summer programmes and intensive training programmes involving modern technologies used in the field of finance. Beneficiaries of the project will receive financial support from EU funds to complete the project activities. The project lasts for the period of 3 years with ending date of project activities planned for 9th January 2025.
