The Office of Quality of Education invites you to participate in a survey through the USOS system to evaluate the delivery of academic classes by university teachers in the winter semester of the academic year 2022/2023.
The survey pertains to each academic teacher who conducted classes in the past winter semester, separately for each subject. Participation in the survey is voluntary and anonymous, meaning that after completing the survey, no information is retained in the database that would enable the linking of responses to the individual filling out the questionnaire. Only the ratings assigned to a given lecturer and the fact that a student has filled out the questionnaire are saved (thus, a completed survey cannot be reopened). The completed questionnaire is automatically sent as confidential information to the person responsible for surveying at the Office of Quality of Education at Opole University.
The survey period is from January 27, 2023, 0:01 AM, to February 19, 2023, 11:59 PM, which is during the last week of academic classes, the exam session, and a few days after its completion.
