Dear Students,

We would like you to take part in a survey concerning the evaluation of the implementation of classes by academic teachers in the summer semester of the academic year 2019/2020.

Participation in the survey is voluntary and anonymous. To start the survey, after logging into your USOSweb account, select Student’s section and then Surveys, open the survey by clicking on the course name. Please complete two questionnaires:
Questionnaire I is about the evaluation of classes conducted by an academic teacher (separately for each course).
Questionnaire II is about the evaluation of the classes conducted at your faculty remotely.

A separate questionnaire is generated in the USOSweb system for each course, with the name of the course and the name of the teacher. It takes several minutes to complete the questionnaire for each course. Please fill out the survey by selecting the answer option from the right-hand menu corresponding to your rating. We also ask you to fill in the bottom window, where you can enter a comment, indicate the advantages or disadvantages of specific classes, and share your comments on how the course was conducted. After completing the questionnaire, click Exit Survey at the bottom of the page. After saving the consecutive questionnaires, the remaining questionnaires to be filled will come into view.

The survey is anonymous, which means that after saving the completed survey in the database, no information is retained that would enable linking the answers given to the person filling in the survey questionnaire. Only the ratings given to a given lecturer and the fact that the Student has completed a given questionnaire are recorded (therefore a completed questionnaire cannot be reopened). The completed questionnaire is automatically sent, as confidential information, to the employee responsible for the survey in the Office of Academic and Student Affairs.

Time limit for completion: from 9 to 23 November 2020.

Dear students, please treat the survey as an important element of our joint efforts that will allow you to take part in classes at a high organisational and substantive level, in a positive atmosphere and with satisfactory results.
